These terms apply to your use of the website mentortrack.help and to the supply of services by PRIMEFLOW PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD (Reg. No. 201501031877 (1157204-V)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at No. 27, Jalan Rimbunan Raya 3, Laman Rimbunan, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur. By using the site or engaging our services you accept these terms.

1. Website Use

The content of this site is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute a binding offer; all works are quoted individually after inspection. You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent site content as your own.

2. Quotations

Quotations are prepared after a site inspection and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quotation covers the works described in it — nothing more. If concealed conditions are discovered once work begins (for example, corroded pipework behind tiling), we will pause, explain the situation, and issue a variation for your approval before proceeding.

3. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the work area at the agreed time, including arranging building management permits where you are the resident of a managed property (we can assist with the paperwork). Weather-dependent works such as roofing may be rescheduled for safety; we will give you as much notice as conditions allow.

4. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing: small repairs are payable on completion; larger projects follow the payment schedule stated in the quotation, typically a deposit on confirmation and the balance on handover. Invoices are payable within 14 days. We may charge late payment interest at 1.5% per month on overdue amounts.

5. Warranty

Our workmanship warranty periods are stated on each quotation and invoice. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship; it does not cover damage caused by third parties, structural movement, misuse, or failure of materials beyond their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be reported promptly so damage does not spread.

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take care to protect your property. Our total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the value of that job, except where Malaysian law does not permit such limitation (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which is not limited).

7. Your Obligations

You confirm that you own the property or have the owner's authority to commission works, and that information you give us about the property is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

8. Cancellation

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Later cancellations may incur a call-out fee where a crew has already been dispatched or materials cut to order. See our Return & Refund Policy for deposits and refunds.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We will always try to resolve disagreements directly and quickly; failing that, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
