How long does drain clearing take?
A typical residential line takes 45 minutes to 2 hours. Heavily greased commercial lines can take longer — we'll estimate on arrival after a quick check.
Will jetting damage old pipes?
We adjust pressure to the pipe material and age. For fragile lines we start with mechanical rodding and only jet at reduced pressure where it's safe.
Can you service restaurants outside business hours?
Yes — most of our F&B clients book us after closing so the kitchen never loses a service. Ask about a recurring maintenance schedule.

Recurring blockages usually mean a sagged pipe, root intrusion or a collapsed section. If clearing doesn't hold, we'll investigate the line and quote a permanent repair.
