PRIMEFLOW PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD ("PrimeFlow", "we", "us") operates the website mentortrack.help. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or engage our services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Enquiry data — your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the details of the job you describe in our contact form.
  • Service data — site addresses, access instructions and job records created when you engage us for work.
  • Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) generated automatically when you browse the site.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule and perform works, issue invoices, honour warranties, and meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to any third party, and we do not use your details for marketing lists you have not asked to join.

3. Sharing

Data is shared only where necessary to complete your job: with our own crews, with suppliers delivering materials to your site, with building management where work permits require it, or where Malaysian law compels disclosure. Anyone handling data on our behalf is bound to confidentiality.

4. Retention

Enquiry records that do not lead to a job are deleted within 24 months. Job records, quotations and invoices are kept for seven years to satisfy tax, warranty and legal requirements, after which they are securely destroyed.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: form submissions are protected against forgery, access to job records is limited to staff who need them, and paper records are stored in our locked Kepong office.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to further processing (which may limit our ability to serve you). Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 21 days.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for 30 days.
