Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

This page explains how mentortrack.help, operated by PRIMEFLOW PLUMBING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, uses cookies and similar browser storage. We keep it deliberately minimal — this is a service website, not an advertising platform.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They can remember choices between visits (like whether you've dismissed a banner) or keep a session alive while you move between pages. Related technologies such as localStorage work similarly and are covered by this policy.

2. What We Actually Use

  • Session cookie (PHPSESSID) — strictly necessary. Created when you open the contact form to protect your submission against forgery. Expires when you close your browser.
  • Consent record (pfCkChoice) — strictly necessary. Stored in your browser's localStorage to remember whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so we don't ask on every page. Kept until you clear browser data.

We currently set no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when your browser fetches the font files; no cookie is set by this request.

3. Your Choices

On your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Because we currently set none, both choices leave the site fully functional. You can revisit your choice at any time using the round settings button in the lower-left corner of every page, or clear cookies through your browser settings.

4. Refusing Cookies in Your Browser

All major browsers let you block or delete cookies (typically under Settings → Privacy). Blocking the session cookie will prevent the contact form from submitting; everything else on the site will continue to work.

5. Changes

If we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, this page will list them before they are activated, and the consent banner will be re-shown so you can decide.
